Will I get a proof while paying a merchant?

Yes. When you pay through , you will receive an in-app confirmation instantly, in addition to a neatly tabulated transaction history that you can refer back anytime. Since the entire transaction chain involves your bank/card/wallet, you will also get a SMS from your them confirming the payment.

Do I need to be a customer of a particular bank to use ?

No. You can pay from any bank or card or wallet

TRANSACTIONS

How/Where can I view my transactions history?

Go to My Orders link on the main hamburger tile on the home screen. All your orders are neatly tabulated there for 60 days.

How will my orders be processed and delivered.

When you order through , you will receive an in-app confirmation instantly, in addition to a neatly tabulated transaction history that you can refer back anytime. The order submitted by you will be confirmed by the merchant, post which you will get a DoN( Delivery order Number) . Please enter the DoN on the screen after you get your delivery to complete the loop. If an item is not available with the merchant , you will be intimated and if you have paid online, the amount will be refunded by the merchant in cash so that there are no open cases for you

What happens when I return an item purchased from a merchant using ?

only offers a digital ordering and payment platform. All returns (and refunds) are handled by the respective merchants. However you can place a complaint with us and we will use our good offices with the merchant to resolve the issue

Why am I not able to use on certain merchants?

We are adding new merchants on a daily basis.Please write to us on care@ORDERD.in to let us know if you would like a particular merchant on the network and we will make sure your favorite merchant is brought on board at the soonest

Will you ever auto-deduct payments from my account?

Never.All payments on are "Pushed" by the user. doesn’t and cannot “pull” any payments .
